What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in GBP.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 7-10 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 business days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at support@krezclothing.com.
Can I return my order? What if there is an issue?
Refunds and returns are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@krezclothing.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it (this may vary- you may have more time) and get a full refund. If the order has started/finshed fufillment unfortunately a refund will not be possible. Please contact us at support@krezclothing to know the status of your order and what can be done.
I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address and you notice this then make sure to contact us ASAP. If we aren't able to update this before shipping then it will be shipped to the incorrect address,but then returned to get re-shipped so you will receive your order. However it may take longer to get to your door.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centres based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-10 business days. Longer times if shipped from other than the UK/EU.
